What platforms are supported?

The weakness scanner supports both Lichess and Chess.com. Enter your username from either platform to get started.

How many games can I scan?

You can scan up to 200 of your most recent games per scan. The scanner filters by time control (bullet, blitz, rapid, classical) so you can focus on the formats you play most.

What types of chess weaknesses does it detect?

The scanner identifies five categories: Tactical Oversight (missed tactics in the middlegame), Positional Misjudgment (strategic errors), Endgame Technique (endgame mistakes grouped by material type), Time Pressure Errors (mistakes in time trouble), and Opening Deviations (recurring errors in your opening repertoire).

Is the weakness scan free?

The scan uses Stockfish engine analysis running in your browser — no server costs, no credits required. It is completely free to use.

How long does a scan take?

Scanning 200 games typically takes 2–5 minutes depending on your device. You can see progress and discovered weaknesses in real time while the scan runs.

Can I resume an interrupted scan?

Yes. If a scan is interrupted (e.g., you close the tab), progress is saved locally. You can resume from where you left off next time.
